Welcome to my Novel Study Blog!

This trimester during novel study, our group has been reading the amazing novel "The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle". The setting of the story begins in Liverpool, England when a 13 year old young lady ( Charlotte Doyle) begins her journey to Providence, Rhode Island aboard the merchant ship The Seahawk.

For Charlotte this journey proved to be frightening, exhilarating, immensely challenging and rewarding.
